Our reports are extremely detailed but very clear we avoid any abbreviation so that it is clear to all parties. We will record the properties:

• Condition and Contents
• Fixtures and Fittings
• Standard of Cleanliness

We will provide you with a non-biased third party report that is carried out by a trained Inventory Clerk.

When used in conjunction with our Check In or Check Out Reports our Inventories will safeguard a Landlords assets and help then in avoiding any potential disputes at the end of the tenancy.

The Inventory Report will also contain digital photographs of every room and any specific items that are requested. The photos will be supplied in CD format and sent through the post.

The Landlord/Agent will receive a copy of this report on completion usually within 24hours, we will also send a hard copy through the post.

We will keep a copy of all documentation and digital photographs for a period of ten years.
