Inview Inventories act for a range of clients including Letting Agents, Estate Agents, Housing Associations, Relocation Agents, Private Landlords & Tenants.

We have all worked within Property Management/Lettings so have a wealth of experience. We have also had training with The AIIC (The Association of Independent Inventory Clerks). We are also Probationary Members.

Inspection/Management Visits:

A regular inspection of a rented property should ideally be done every 3-6 months.

Our inspections will:

  • Ensure that all the conditions of the tenancy are being adhered to and that the property is being well looked after and within the bounds of fair wear & tear.
  • Check that there are no unauthorised occupants or pets.
  • We will advise Landlord/Agent of any maintenance issues and where possible take photos as evidence.
  • If urgent action is required as a result of the inspection the instructing Landlord/Agent will be notified straight away by phone.
  • If the tenant has any issues we will note them on the report ....
Inventories:

Our reports are extremely detailed but very clear we avoid any abbreviation so that it is clear to all parties. We will record the properties:

  • Condition and Contents
  • Fixtures and Fittings
  • Standard of Cleanliness

We will provide you with a non-biased third party report that is carried out by a trained Inventory Clerk.
